TAC Pro Solution was incorporated on 8 April 2015 to cultivate robust working relationships with the directors and executives of various companies to ensure that their governance and compliance duties are being fulfilled. Because of this, we can offer flexible corporate secretarial services that can be adjusted to meet the needs of each client. These services will make it easier for start-ups and small- to medium-sized companies to run their daily business with less stress and trouble.

Director
Ho Kai Loon
In 1982, he graduated from the secondary school programme at Sekolah Menengah Menglembu Ipoh, and in 1984, he completed the sixth-form programme at Anglo-Chinese School Ipoh.

In 1985, he began his professional life working as an Audit Assistant for Chew Wai Khoon & Co., an audit firm located in Ipoh. While there, he participated in the audit of several private limited companies. He was primarily responsible for audit planning, resolving audit issues, and reviewing statutory accounts. Following that, in 1986, he left the firm.
​
In 1986, he became an Audit Junior at Payne Davis & Co., now known as Ernst & Young Ipoh. Three years later, in 1987, he was promoted to Audit Senior. During the time that the company employed him, he oversaw the audits of both public and private limited companies.
​
He left the audit firm in 1988 to take a position as an Account Executive at B.O.S. Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd, a trading company of fashion garments. In 1992, he was elevated to the position of Account Manager there. During the time that he worked for the company, he was in charge of accounting and financial matters. These responsibilities include, among other things, the planning of the annual audit, the preparation of quarterly reports, an annual cash flow budget and profit forecast, the updating of a risk register, and the presentation of risk at board meetings. In addition, he was responsible for the compilation of the annual report. Additionally, he is in charge of the tax matter and the requirements for funding.

In 1996, he left B.O.S. Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd and spent 1.5 years completing his ACCA studies. In 1997, he successfully passed the ACCA exams and was admitted as a member of the ACCA in 1998. In 1999, he became a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and since 2003, he has been a Fellow member of the ACCA.
Between 1997 and 1998, he began operating as a sole proprietorship in the accounting field. In 1999, he established K.L. Ho Management Services as a sole proprietorship to assist a wide range of S.M.E.s with their accounting, company secretarial, and management consulting needs.

After obtaining a licence as a Tax Agent from Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia in 2016, he founded a non-audit firm under the name K.L. Ho & Co with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (M.I.A.) to serve various S.M.E.s with taxation services.

Mr Ho Kai Loon, as our Director, plays a vital role in acting as Company Secretary to ensure that our company's professional service and management consultancy of corporate secretarial services are successfully delivered to our customers.

Senior Manager
Connice Lee
Connice is a highly skilled and experienced accounts professional with over a decade of comprehensive expertise and remarkable achievements in the field of finance and accountancy. Her holistic expertise encompasses financial acumen, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and leadership, making her a pivotal asset to any organization.

In the year 2000, Connice embarked on her professional journey even before completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance at Charles Sturt University, Australia by working part-time in accounting firm. This initial step marked the inception of her dedication to the finance and accountancy realm. After post-graduation, Connice transitioned seamlessly into the role of Account Manager. For 6 years, she undertook diverse responsibilities including bookkeeping, accounting, payroll management, and handling corporate and personal tax matters for clients. Throughout her tenure and beyond, Connice consistently pursued professional development, expanding her qualifications to include Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA Australia), Associate of Malaysia Institute of Taxation (CTIM), and also Practicing Certified of Chartered Accountant (MIA).

In the year 2006, Connice took a significant step forward in her career by joining a real-time investment financial information solutions and investor education provider with operations across multiple countries, as Finance Manager. This move showcased her adaptability and willingness to embrace new roles in the financial sector. In this role, she was entrusted with critical financial responsibilities, steering the organization towards financial stability and growth. Connice's dedication and expertise led to her being promoted to the esteemed position of Regional Finance Manager, where she continued to make a significant impact and overseeing subsidiaries in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, India and Shanghai.

Connice’s exceptional career journey is marked by her unwavering commitment to excellence and her ability to rise to new challenges. Following her departure in 2010, she embarked on a dynamic career path that not only saw her excel as a Finance Manager but also co-founded the organization. Connice’s career is a remarkable blend of finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, human resources, secretarial, and administration, showcasing her versatility and adaptability. Over the course of 12 years, she has been instrumental in propelling the organization to success, embodying visionary leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit, leaving an indelible mark on the organization she has been a part of.

After stepping down from her role amidst significant changes, she made a notable transition to a secretary firm as Manager, Company Secretarial, where she gained valuable experience in secretarial and advisory roles, further enriching her skill set. Following this enriching period, Connice made a significant career move and joined Tac Pro, where she has been an integral part of our team, continued her journey and further honing her expertise. As the Senior Manager at Tac Pro, she manages the Company secretarial department and ensures that the firms’ clients receive the best possible advice on coporate-related matters.

Low Cheng Sheng, often referred to as CS, is a dynamic and accomplished professional driven by a sincere dedication to the role of Company Secretary, where he serves a diverse clientele of SMEs across various industries. With a robust educational foundation and a wide range of interests, CS embodies a well-rounded individual, proficient in communication and adept at problem-solving.

CS's journey began with his graduation from Tunku Abdul Rahman College University, where he earned a degree in Corporate Administration. Furthermore, he is an associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA). His unwavering commitment to continuous learning and professional advancement distinguishes him as a forward-thinking and skilful figure in his field. His educational background equips him with the requisite expertise in corporate secretarial matters and corporate governance.

Throughout his career, CS has lent his expertise to esteemed management firms such as Mega Corporate Services, Accpro Corporate Services, and Advisirs Plus. He places significant emphasis on developing interpersonal skills, recognising their pivotal role in establishing and nurturing client relationships. CS firmly believes that open and effective communication forms the cornerstone of successful collaborations, enabling teams to function seamlessly and achieve their collective objectives.
