SSM Annual Dialogue 2022: e-Info and MyData

Following the recent Annual Dialogue 2022 conducted by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) on 6 October 2022, SSM provided the presentation slides and Summary of Issues and Feedback for the public.


e-Info and MyData are one of the issues that have been addressed.


The information in MyData and e-Info is being updated slowly.


Proposal:

  • All information is updated as quickly as feasible, preferably within three days.

  • Set up a special line for reporting information that still needs to be updated.

  • The e-Info and MyData platforms have been integrated to form a single platform.

Feedback:

SSM offers a variety of portals intending to expand purchasing channel of the registered company (ROC) and business (ROB) information online for the benefit of the public. These two portals, MYData and e-Info, were created by SSM-approved service providers.

The data and documents that may be accessed through SSM e-Info and MyData depend on the technology used internally by SSM. Various technical factors result in the information being updated later than usual. In light of this, SSM will work to find a solution to this problem by addressing it on a case-by-case basis.
